Ask the Right Question
Unfortunately, most of us most of the time we don’t ask the right questions, on the contrary, we ask things from our 8th sense things that we don’t want in our lives. For example, we may ask, why can’t I have a good night sleep?
The answer we may get: because you eat too much or eat too late, eat the wrong things, or watched some disturbing videos, or have too much worried thoughts in the head, you hardly ever do a winding down period…
what is we posting the right question like this or assume you have always have a good sleep no matter what: How I can have a wonderful sleep? Why do I always have great quality of sleeps, and feel so rested, so fresh after a night’s beautiful sleep?
The answer would be, you love your body, yourself, you respect your wellbeing so much that you only do what benefits you. You understand healthy eating is important, so you stick with your health eating habit, you sleep on time. You put all your tasks on paper, so you don’t carry them in your head. You know everything will work out on them own. You know all things are for you…
When we ask right questions, the answers are often uplifting us already before we do anything about it.
