A Little Comfort for You as it did for me
Happiness is all we ever want
We are all searching for happiness, knowingly and unknowingly, either we are working away from something makes us unhappy or we are working toward something we think it could bring us happiness.
Quote Brian Tracy that no matter what skills or talents we have if we don’t have a pleasant personality we can’t be successful.
The problem is the majority people looking happiness in the wrong direction, what we are looking for is an inner feeling, we think money, position, fame will do the trick, so we put our energy and time to positions we don’t like and in order to exchange for those outside things. Some people have achieved all those, but they may still aren’t happy, because these aren’t the real cause for our happiness. We can find comfort with this quote from the book of
The Royal Road to Happiness by William George Jordan:
“During my whole life I have not had twenty-four hours of happiness.” So said Prince Bismarck, one of the greatest statesmen of the nineteenth century. Eighty-three years of wealth, fame, honors, power, influence, prosperity and triumph,–years when he held an empire in his fingers, but not one day of happiness!
Then what is happiness, there are different concepts how we define what Happiness is, on the surface it seems different for everyone. But if we go deeper into ourselves, we are looking the same thing, a feeling of peace, love, joy, security…what can we do to achieve these feelings, is there one thing we can do right now for everyone to help us to get to the place of happiness
Simply, Lu You put which we can all start to try:
