Take Down The Mental Walls
In this journal we are tackle our not so peaceful mind to give the mind a break so let life works through its magic through us.
When we have a lack concept in our subconscious mind, it is hard for us to expand our wings fly higher, because we put some mental wall or boundaries around us. Society teaches us to learn new knowledge, but the truth is we have all in our body, at our core, but we blocked ourselves from retrieve any information out from there, our knowingness is buried down below by millions emotions in the body.
What we learn here is opposite from you normally hear, it is not adding on anything but to take down all the walls so you can see you are connected by all.
Let’s work on one thing use different method: if we think we need more money or don’t have enough money to comfort ourselves and our loved ones.
letting go method
If we don’t have a lack concept in our head, then it is natural to feel rich and provided.
Anything to exist has a cause, the thing we see in the outside world is effect, if we see lack of money, means mentally we hold the concept of not having enough money, which is the cause. If we think we don’t have enough money, that shows our mind put a wall to our fortune, we need to let go of this mindset.
Just quiet the mind, sorry, mind stop playing limitation, it is not true, the truth is unlimited. You can use 松化通 mantra or command to ask it to leave, in English it means, loose up, or open up; transform; and through. We use this mantra for all the pains in our life, physical or mental or emotional, finding the spot of the pain and call the power of the words, all words have their own vibration, higher vibration can transform lower ones.
Borrow 阿弥陀佛/a mi tuo fo Power
In Buddha teaching they use a mi tuo fo for strength and wisdom. When you feel not strong enough for a situation you can use these sounds to help you, borrow its power to assist you.
Using Tapping Method
We have a lot of points in our body, along the meridians, or energy channels, acupuncturist uses them to help us to smooth our energy in the body to help them to flow better. We can tapping certain points with some affirmation to encourage the body to have harmony, as our body has a lot of conflict.
For example, if you have some money block.
You say, even though I have some limiting money mindset, but I choose to love myself, accept myself, respect myself, forgive myself, trust myself, appreciate myself, keep doing it until you feel the truth of these words, once you do you body has also.
There are 9 points we can tap while doing our affirmation. I am going to show you a picture so you can tapping alone.
Please follow the order as our Qi or life force travels in a certain way, if we have a panic thought it can cause our Qi travels backward and creates problems, if we tap we are also encouraging our Qi travel smoothly in the right direction while tapping a positive command or harmony into the body.
Standing Like a Tree
A posture we can use, by standing our weight on the heels 60-70%.
Legs below your knees, try to vertical to the floor, which naturally put your knees bending a little, like you are sitting on an invisible high chair.
Very centred, your crown spot is pointing upward so is your whole body, feeling your tail bone is pulling up too.
Your hands and arms can form around your chest area, feeling like holding balloon, not to squash it but not to let it fly out from your arm, between your fingers holding some wooden ball, also not let them drop out and not to squash them.
If you want to focus on something, focus on your breath and keep scan your body, no tension holding anywhere.
In this posture, if you feel somewhere numb, pain, paying attention there and let it expand, and let it go, it is blockage, by doing this, you will be healed from all the not aligned with health.
It equally train your mind focus on your body, and train your body listens to you not the other way around. Who are you, well, awareness.
Mantra loosen up, transform and through
Nothing in this world is solid, if we use above mantra to all our problems, it will melt away, keep doing it you will see, there is nothing stay the same, if we let it go, it will, give them some encouragement, as we have practised so long holding on these tension in the body. Now you can let them loose and go.
