All things exist has a yin-yang side, if we can balance both sides, we are in the centre, and we includes everything within, we are most powerful, we can read what is happening and what is coming, what is everybody thinking, wanting…
As a human being, we are highly conscious, if not always, we can train ourselves to be. Once we do, we can alter reality.
Creating an Effortless Life
Our spirit is friendly, doesn’t fight back, it is given, whatever we ask, it gives us just that. The sad truth is we don’t ask what we really want but things aren’t serve us, so we get these things.
What if we don’t ask anything?
If we are in a negative mood for example, we don’t feel good at all, it is hard for us to ask best things in life.
Or we don’t know how to ask is the right way, so what if we don’t ask, just trust universe knows better, then what will happen?
The true magic then will happen. Everything is connected, for our own good. If we don’t interfere, everything will fall into their perfect place, and we will be guided to do what is right, or just watch and harvest wonderful result, life becomes effortless, like Stuart Wilde once said:
Life was never meant to be a struggle; just a gentle progression from one point to another, much like
walking through a valley on a sunny day.
Life become peaceful, serene and tranquil. Let us now create this peaceful environment inside us.
Warm ups:
5 mins introduce yourself to the body
I shake my body loose, bounce on my knees, lift my heels off the ground for an inch…
rotate my neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, knees and ankles and toes…
I join my hands together, stretching high and low, left and right, stretching my fingers and toes
Stretching combined with breathing exercises:
Set your clock for 15 mins interrupted Qigong exercisesÂ
I take 3 deep breaths and forget everything else,
but concentrate on a simple Qigong exercise, there are many I can pick one or
a few, without distraction, with breath combine the movements can help me focus also it will even help me more
3-deep-relaxing-breathing-exercises:
Set an alarm clock for 15 mins, hearing it ticking, every minute it makes a sound so you don’t go too far…
One, I know I am breathing in and I know I am breathing out. Each breath I feel my body is relaxing deeper and deeper, my shoulders are dropped, my elbows are dropped, my forehead is relaxed, no frown, my eye-lids are relaxed, my teeth, chin….I am breathing deeply
Two, I hear there a sound from outside, that is ok, I am coming back to my breath, and I like to see where my breath can take me…I watch my mind sometimes wonder away but the ticking sound soon pulls me back to my breath again, it is just a thought…
Three, I somehow can’t remember any difference between the inside of the body and outside body, they merged together, I aware sounds, I aware sensations in the arm, neck, I aware my stomach raise and drop…Nothing is separate…
Self-massaging
5 mins to have a contact with your body
comb your head with the tip of your finger, tapping your head or cupping your head
massage your face, like drawing a heart, start from both sides the nose
pat your shoulders, arms, chest, waist, legs
shake off and smile.
